Malhar studied and qualified from Kings College University in London and carried out his VT training in the West Midlands.
Since then he has also carried out a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming, to aid in non-pharmacological treatment of anxious patients, and to help with building rapport and putting patients at ease.
Malhar has worked in various practices over the last 10 years, as a dental associate, an in-house corporate dentist, and as a VTE trainer, helping to train younger dentists.
Malhar embraces a ‘keep it simple’ attitude, with an emphasis on education, prevention, and meaningful dialogue with patients, and a tendency towards more minimally invasive options where appropriate. He also has an interest in endodontics, and has been on several further courses to that end.
Outside of dentistry, Malhar has a keen interest in literature, being a published author and co-editor of a literary periodical. He enjoys vegan cooking, and is an unapologetic Lego fan.
